		<description>You are right to point out never to never to cooked foods. However, be aware that it is all psychological, meaning that eating foods that are cooked are consumed strictly because we like the taste of them.  It is all psychological and it takes time to get anywhere near 100% raw.  I&#039;ve been doing it for 10 years and I&#039;m 97% raw, more or less.  It&#039;s hard.  Kudos for trying!</description>

		<description>Thanks for pointing this out.  The all-or-nothing raw foods approach can come off as elitist, un-realistic and is a real turn off to would-be raw eaters.  Thanks for keeping balance in the conversation and for making raw foods more approachable to all.
