This is a really informative and well-written introduction to the raw food diet. The authors don’t take a dogmatic approach as in some books on raw food–they back up all their suggestions with up-to-date research on nutrition. They not only tell you what to do in your raw foods preparations, but why! I learned a lot! The tasty recipes and friendly tone of the book inspired me to add more raw foods to my diet. A must have!
